A New Beginning

After 10 years in San Francisco, Vernon is traded to the Denver Broncos.

Everything is working the way it should...I’m just having a great time.

Family Business

The Davis family makes history when Vernon's brother Vontae becomes a first-round draft pick.

There aren’t many times in life where you get this opportunity, an opportunity to play along with your brother. It's a special thing; two brothers who achieved their goals.

A lot of people tell me to slow down and rest. But I feel like there’s no time to rest. Tomorrow’s never promised.

Success on the field…

Family First

Fatherhood is a huge responsibility. My life is about making sure my son and daughter can survive and thrive when I’m gone.
My grandmother taught me the core values of life – hard work, respect and love. And I learned to never give up.
The love she showed us made the difference. She was and still is the backbone of our whole family.
I always look to get better. My personal goal is to be the best tight end ever to play this game. It’s not for the money. I play for the love of the game.
